Amazing service! Called in the AM because I had no hot water & Leslie was so understanding & kind. She was able to get me a same-day appt. with no "emergency visit fee" and the whole problem was remedied in less than 30 minutes. Art showed up within 4 hours and was able to fix the problem right away. He was very professional & explained everything. He even stayed a few extra minutes to make sure the water heater was working properly. Happy to have hot 🔥 water 💧 again. Thanks Big Cat!

I can’t recommend Big Cat enough! After my pipes froze and burst, causing major flood damage throughout my home, they stepped in and completely re-plumbed the entire house. On top of that, they also redid my entire boiler system, ensuring everything was back up and running perfectly. Being across the country, I was worried about handling such a massive project remotely, but they made the process seamless. Their communication was outstanding—they kept me informed every step of the way—and their work was top-notch. They were quick, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. If you ever need a reliable and skilled plumbing team, especially after an emergency like mine, Big Cat is the one to call! Josh and Marcos were in constant communication with me and I couldn’t have ask for more from them they were on top of it and extremely helpful.

Each day that he appeared for a sewer replacement project at my home, he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. He made sure he kept me informed of the progress, always asking me if I had any questions or concerns. He was a pleasure and I had confidence in his work.

All I needed is my toilet reset with a new seal. Simple job. One anyone can do. I just didn't want to. So I called Big Cat. They were quick to come. That was nice. The guy that came out was super nice. However I was quoted $475! To reset the toilet! Ummmm. No. I ended up doing it myself for the cost of a new wax ring and an hour of my time. In conclusion, nice people to work with but crazy expensive.

Big cat plumbing was responsive and clearly communicated the scope of work to resolve the issue. Art was very helpful and he left the work site better than he found it. I will use them again.

The service technician, Arthur, who came out did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and communicative every step of the way. It made me feel so comfortable knowing I was informed with options on how to approach the repairs. I cant say enough about the quality of customer service in my experience.

Arthur was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I had an appointment Monday but my shower broke and they made it possible to get my job completed so we could have a shower and water back on in the house. Big cat and their team are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. If it is possible to give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you all for being so great.

Ridge was great about inspecting my furnace and giving me honest results. He also helped me find an affordable fix that fits my budget to keep my house in great working condition.
